Atkatsuki is the main Organisation of Antagonist, which was founded by Nagato, the one of students of Jiraya. The Akatsuki Organisation was began with noble intention of peace and to end all war from Shinobi world, But their core believe was corrupted by Uchiha Madara who was being manipulated by Kaguya Otsutsuki (Founder of Chakra) Atkatsuki consist of very powerful charters from Kisame, Itachi to Nagato, Obito. From his establishment Akatsuki added various Rogue Ninja to increase their Military Strength in order to achieve the goal which was varies to different Characters.Akatsuki Main Goal in the series was to Acquire Tailed Beast in order to initiate Infinite Tsukuyomi and cast a Genjustsu over the world.
From start to end Akatsuki character has provide us outstanding Fight seen like from Pain Vs Naruto to Madara Vs Naruto & Sasuke. But because of Diverse power and Hiding of Power of character it's quite Difficult to figure out who is powerful than others.

White Zetsu
Akatsuki member with a different genetic composition, With his Unique Ability gives him a distinctive pale complexion with appendages like plant.
White Zetsu is mostly used for gathering info for mission, However he doesn't have any particular battle skill. He can be easily defeated by any members of Akatsuki.

Yahiko
Yahiko the one of Original Founding Member of Akatsuki, He's an extremely talented Shinobi able to control Elements like Fire, Water and Wind. He learned all this Skill from his Teacher Jiraiya, he was powerful enough to control an army of ninjas against the established Hidden Rain Village authorities.
Yahiko has not contribute towards the Akatsuki goal, but he laid down the sitemap for Akatsuki making her a threat.

Hidan
Immortality along with curse Jutsu which turn him into Voodoo doll that harms the person who's blood licked by him during battle.
But this technique is very bit to control for a normal shinobi, it's make him invincible in battlefield, only if the opponent doesn't have any battle analysis skill like Shikamaru and Sasuke can't defeat him. But except this technique he doesn't stand a chance.

Sasori
Sasori the puppet master and Rogue Ninja of Hidden Village of sand. He is the Greatest Puppet ninja in Naruto universe along with himself. With his skill and technique he was able to control hundreds of Puppets by himself Which includes 3rd Kagekage also. Sasori is an puppet himself which also make him immortal only if the chakra device is untouch.
But Sasori battling skill is not much refined, if someone knows his secret about puppet arsenal he can be easily defeated, like Sakura and Chiyo did.

Deidara
Deidara an explosive expert from Hidden Village of Rock. He create explosive from combining earth and lighting elements, along with the help of his mouth from both hands which make him versatile in Akatsuki
Diedara can defeat anyone except the ninja with speed and lighting elements because that neutralise his explosive clay. In Diedara Vs Sasuke it took Sasuke's every bit of cunning and struggle and skill to tackle him but he also can't defeat him because of Diedara exploding himself.

Another Immortal Character Kakuzu. Kakazu has ability to use every element to his fullest potential. His body is made of tendrils which acts as threads. This ability help him to control everyone in which he insert his threads and also help him to replace his injuries organ with another very instantly making him very stuff opponent.
Thus for defeating him the all reserved organ must be destroy and then only he can be defeated.

Konan a founding member of Akatsuki, an advisor to Pain, and an exceptional leader. Her ability includes controlling paper and using them as an weapon in the battle field.i
Her battling skill is very good, in his fight against Tobi/Obito she corned him and pushes him at his limit, by exploding the paper for ten minutes. Thus her versatility, and sheer destruction power makeher powerfull ninja.

Black Zetsu
Manifestation of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki the God of Shinobi, Black Zetsu possesses variety of unique abilities from controlling every element, stealing chakra and advanced wood release.
Thus in Battlefield he is every stuff opponent to take down because of his ability and a lesser version of Kaguya's technique. He can be defeated by only some of ninja in their best condition.

Kisame Hoshigaki
Kisame, the holder of the Samehada and an Untailed Beast. A most capable member of Akatsuki with his sword Samehada and his wide assortment of water Jutsu make him invincible.
Samehada help Kisame to negate any attack because of sword consuming the chakra from attack. Along with this Kisame can even fuse with Samehada making him incredibly strong and a Shark like appearance. Thus making him worth on 4th position.

Itachi Uchiha
Itachi Uchiha the most loved character of Naruto Universe. Itachi was a prodigy, he awaken his Sharingan at 8 and becaming Jonin at very age. Itachi is the most skilled ninjutsu genjutsu caster in Naruto Universe. He also awake Mangekyou sharingan which make him the 3rd person in Uchiha clan after Madara and his Father.
If he doesn't affected by any illness, he may would have been the strongest Ninja after Naruto and Sasuke.

First Rinnegan User of Naruto Series Nagato Uzumaki. Nagato/pain turn Akatsuki in Villainous organisation with a goal of erasing suffer from the world. Nagato uses Rinnegan to control 6 corpses which possess unique abilities individually.
Nagato has the power to destroy entire cities by creating a massive force. Because of his strength and power level he was controlling Akatsuki and serve as a leader after Yahiko.

Obito Uchiha
An Uchiha's child Obito Uchiha the duplicate Madara and the second puppet of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. He faked himself in the initial arc of series as Madara Uchiha.
When Obito became 10 tail Jinchuriki, he was invincible, it takes the entirety of the Allied Shinobi Forces to stop him in this state. He was nearly undefeatable and if not for the efforts of a thousands-strong army and the scheming of Madara, he would have been unstoppable.

If we consider Madara Uchiha as an Akatsuki, than he is undoubtedly strongest from all. After becoming 10 tail Jinchuriki along with Rinnegan, he was considerable strong that only Kaguya was able Beat him. Even though, he was never an Officially Akatsuki but he was one of master behind the Puppet show.
